The School timing is 9:20 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. from Monday to Friday and 9:20 a.m. to 1:20 p.m. on Saturday. At BIPS, our endeavor is to provide a relaxed environment for our students and a culture of thinking and creative imagination. All theory and practical classes are strictly scheduled during prescribed school hours only, and every class will have its own unique schedule based on the course curriculum. This system creates the most impactful, exciting, and interesting learning experiences for the children.
Apart from teaching English (FL), Kannada (SL), Hindi (TL), Mathematics, Science, Social Science, Computer Science, and Physical Education as core subjects, we also teach subjects like General Knowledge, Music, Dance, Art, and Craft. At BIPS, teaching values is the basic objective of every teacher, irrespective of his or her core subject.
Various clubs like the Science Club, Math Club, Reader’s Club, Eco Club, and programs specifically focused on helping a student in an academic sense are the major academic activities in BIPS. The core concept of the academic activities that we conduct is to develop self-study skills, competitiveness, and interest in the subject. The morning assembly is every day’s first academic activity that we conduct. In the serene hours of the morning, the students are made to assemble on the ground and pray to the Lord for their guidance and wisdom. The prayer is followed by guidance from mentors, skits and displays of slogans, important notices, speeches, songs, the National Anthem, and even the plan for the day.
Very often, the assembly is addressed by the Principal and the Head Teachers. All of the activities conducted in the Special morning Assemblies contribute to increasing the energy of the students preparing them for the day with enthusiasm and making them stay connected to the moral values.
